These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website 2026.innscidsp.com and your participation in the São Paulo Innovation and Science Diplomacy School (InnSciD SP 2026). By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
1. About InnSciD SP
InnSciD SP is an academic initiative organised under the University of São Paulo (USP) and partner institutions. The 8th edition will take place on August 10–14, 2026.
2. Eligibility and application
Participation is subject to a selection process. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. You agree to provide truthful, accurate and complete information. Misrepresentation may result in disqualification.
3. Use of the website
- Do not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site;
- Do not use the site for unlawful purposes;
- Do not scrape, copy or redistribute content without permission;
- Respect other users and the organising committee.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images, code) is owned by InnSciD SP, USP or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Lectures, materials and recordings produced during the event remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and the organisers. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted; any other use requires prior written permission.
5. Recordings and image rights
Sessions of the event may be recorded and photographed for academic, promotional and archival purposes. By participating, you grant permission for your image and voice to be used in such materials. Requests to limit use of your image can be sent to innscidsp@usp.br.
6. Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee completeness or availability at all times.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnSciD SP, USP and partner institutions are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or participation in the event.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
